No. Shakespeare wrote his dialogue in poetry, which is sometimes called "heightened" or "elevated" language. Nobody ever really talked in poetry all of the time. The tradeoff is that although the language is unnatural and sometimes difficult, it is much more powerful and beautiful than the way people speak or spoke.
