Yes. Ice Ages are real, and have happened fairly often in Earth's history, including nine "major" ice ages and scores of "minor" ones in the past 800,000 years. The most recent minor ice age lasted from about 1350 to about 1850. You can see graphs of the major events and some of the minor ones at the linked site about Greenland.
