no,snape made a promise to watch over Draco Malfoy inthe sixth book,as Draco was given a dangerous task by voldemort which everyone was sure he would die attempting it
dumbeldore himself told snape to take the task to watch over Draco
That is unknown.
Draco's mother makes me promise. She's upset and wants nothing but the utmost protection for her child. She begs Snape to make the Unbreakable Vow and lay his life on the line for him.
you have to basically make a potion
Kind of. Snape uses his patronus to lure Harry to the place where he has hidden the Sword in frozen lake. Harry almost dies when he tries to get it, but Ron helps Harry out of the water. Dumbledore (the painting) has asked Snape to make it hard for Harry -- he most certainly does so. If you are talking about the scene in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. If not then I don't know what scene you are talking about.
Bicorn Horn and Boomslang Skin. It was Hermione that stole them.
We won't know until July, I am afraid. In the book, he does. However Snape's death scene has been altered to make it 'more dramatic' as many fans believed his death in the book was rather anticlimatic. It is not very clear whether Harry is present during the death, but I think to cut out the section between Harry and Snape would be a great shame, as it speaks a lot about Snape's feelings towards Harry, and Harry also has to obtain Snape's memories to see the full truth.
Play Quidditch and make fun of Snape's abnormally large nose.
Severus Snape was going to the third floor trapdoor to make sure Professor Quirrell was not able to go down and steal the philosopher's stone. Although, Harry and Ron thought that Snape himself was trying to steal the stone that night.
Professor Quirrell was jinxing the broom trying to make Harry fall off. Professor Snape was trying to keep him on it.
Because Snape hates him! or at least it seems that way. There are many examples of Snape going out of his way to make things hard on Harry, he subtley makes fun of him and his friends (the worst one, in my opinion, was when Hermione's teeth gets cursed to grow 10 times their normal size and when Snape is notified says "I don't know, she looks the same to me.") , and he takes points from griffindore for seemingly no reason-- I would hate him too! Another reason is that his father had a long going rivalry with Snape when they were in school together, though rivalry may not be the right word. James was popular, Snape wasnt and was often picked on by James. Harry finds out about this in the 5th book but still cant seem to trust Snape.
Because Snape was in love with Harry's mum, and he also promised Dumbledore. All along Snape was a good guy really, so he'd do the right thing whether he liked Harry or not to make up for all his other mistakes in life.AnswerHe did all he could to help protect Harry and destroy Voldemort because Voldemort had betrayed him by killing Lily (Harry's mother), whom he loved. He protected Harry because he knew Harry was the only one who could destroy Voldemort for good.He did it all for Lily -- not Harry.
Harry Potter threw a firework into Goyle's potion during Potions class because him, Ron and Hermione needed a diversion so that Hermione could sneak into Snape's private stores unnoticed and steal some ingrediants. They did this to make the Polyjuice Potion.
