I may have answered my own question. 1995 Caravan airbags, electrical system and clock-springs were the subject of a Chrysler / Dodge Caravan recall in the mid-to-late 1990's. We were fortunate enough to enter our 1995 Caravan VIN at the national recall website and find out that indeed, ours is part of that recall. Chrysler and our trusted dealer will be handling our needs and the recall. It appears that those recall "sensitive" parts will be hard to locate, presumably more for safety reasons.
Rack and pinion steering is a different type of steering mechanism available in different vehicles and is proven to help maintain easier control of the vehicle at high speeds. It is not essential to drive a car as there are many other types of steering mechanisms available.

I am guessing it does. I own a 1989 Shadow and it has power steering. 99.9% of vehicles made after 1985 have power steering...however some vehicles had it before that. My 76 Ford Truck has it...

Multifunction switches are located in the steering column. It's the turn signal, cruise control, headlights, wiper, etc lever. In different vehicles they have different functions.
NO. In most vehicles the brake fluid is different from power steering fluid. It may work for a while, BUT is it worth taking risks with your brakes. Your life may depend on that.
MOST VEHICLES WITH TILT STEERING HAVE A LEVER LOCATED ON THE STEERING WHEEL SECTION OR ON THE STEERING COLUMN.THIS LEVER IS PULLED OR PUSHED AND ALLOWS THE STERRING COLUMN TO TILT
No, but some vehicles use atf as a power steering fluid.
Fire engines are known to be driven by fire apparatus professionals. They are trained to operate many types of fire vehicles that range in different sizes.

Are you certain that it's power steering fluid and not brake fluid? Most vehicles do not have any power steering lines inside the passenger compartment but brake or clutch master cylinders can leak through from some vehicles.
By steering, braking, and accelerating.
