Ronald DeFeo Jr., who was convicted of murdering his family in the Amityville house in 1974, has never been granted parole. As of 2021, he remains incarcerated serving a sentence of 25 years to life.
A criminal background check can reveal information such as the person's criminal record, including arrests, convictions, court records, warrants, and sometimes even incarceration history. It may also include information on sex offender registry status, misdemeanors, felonies, and other offenses. Keep in mind that the information available varies depending on the jurisdiction and the type of background check conducted.

Stevensville Michigan In the first half of the 70s I lived next door to the man who murdered his young wife and hid her body in the chimney of a house down the road a bit. As a next door neighborI was actually (and briefly) questioned in the murder investigation as a matter of routine and of course ruled out immediately. It was all strange. The couple was strange, the method of murder nor the weapon were never discovered. In fact, the body was not discovered for a long time, maybe a year. The (very nice) house where the body was hidden in the chimney was undergoing a remodel when the body was stashed there. Scaffolding was used by the murderer to climb up, two stories and a steep roof, and then the chimney, with the body, and drop or stuff her down the chimney. If you saw the house you'd think it was impossible. The young woman was small, but so was the husband who killed her. After searching for many years I've never found any official account of the murder, but I understood that the religion of the murderer allowed that he not ever confess any sin except but to Jehova. He did confess to his own father after a couple of years, and was turned over to the police from there. There was a mysterious bug infestation in the remodeled house that could not be resolved after several attempts, the source of the bugs not being found until someone finally knocked a brick block from the bottom of the chimney inside the houses basement. They reached in and pulled out some human hair. That was the beginning of the solution to the murder case. I have to add that even the next occupant of the murderers house (rental cottage, next to mine) seemed to have strange and unexplainable behavior at times. I witnessed him charging across my front yard with a loaded shotgun, screaming and chasing something no one could see but him. It was as though he'd heard voices and was misguided by them. I left the state in 1976.
Yes, in the TV show "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," Gil Grissom and Sara Sidle get married. They elope in the series finale.
The restaurant we went to last night had the crummiest service I've ever experienced.
Yes, Butch Defeo did act alone although he said voices told him to murder his parents and siblings. There is no proof that the house is Amityville was ever haunted or had any demonic action in the house and Defeo could well be Schizophrenic.
Yes, he is up for parole 07/2009.He has already been up 4 times since 1999 and has been denied each time.
First you go to Valencia, click on quests, then race around lore, then you will get to a list of places, click on amityville, complete the quest, and then you will get "Model of amityville". In the list of places there are also other towns, and from their quests you will get models of where ever you go.
Defeo is up for parole in 07/2009, which means that yes, he can be released if the parole board agrees. All you have to do is look him up on the NY state website. It allows you to look every inmate in the state up and when they can be released.
no she is not don't ask that question ever again but is does not like Muslims
yup it is not much of a choice though
List did leave prison but it was in a box. He died in March 2008. But with 5 murders and considering the fact the List evaded justice for 2 decades made it impossible that at his age he would have ever been up for parole.
It depends. If this is a murderer, the no. All they ever think about is killing someone. but maybe a school bully.
yes, he is a lowlife coward junkie murderer and rapist
YES,HE WAS NAMED AFTER JACK HENRY ABBOTT,A TWICE CONVICTED MURDERER WHO WAS IN PRISON FOR MURDER THAT NORMAN MAILER AND HIS LIBERAL PALS GOT PAROLE FOR.THAT INCLUDES SARANDON BECAUSE AS THEY SAY HE WAS SUCH A GIFTED WRITER.UNFORTUNATELY FOR ONE RICHARD ADAN,A WAITER,ABBOTT FATALLY STABBED HIM BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO LET JACK HENRY USE THE "EMPLOYEE ONLY" RESTROOM AT THE PLACE HE WORKED.SARANDON NAMED HER SON AFTER ABBOTT'S SECOND CONVICTION FOR MURDER.WONDER IF SUSAN EVER SPOKE TO ADAN'S WIDOW.
Exactly what it says. "Life WITHOUT Parole"...ever! If the court had wanted the defendant to be considered for release at some time in the future he would have been sentenced to simply "Life."
Not if the betrothed ever wants to graduate drug court!
