Brachiosaurus died out about 151 million years ago. Triceratops died out 65.5 million years ago. The dodo bird died out during the 1600's. In short, the answer is no.
Dinosaurs that lived at the same time and place as Triceratops include the herbivores Edmontosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Torosaurus, and Leptoceratops, and Thescelosaurus. Carnivores that co-existed with Triceratops include Tyrannosaurus, Troodon, Pachycephalosaurus, Struthiomimus, and Chirostenotes.
The same other dinosaurs of it's time are killed, by a meteor (or that's what scientists think).
Dodo birds died out only a few hundred years ago. Thus, the plants alive when they existed were the same as those that exist now.

The brachiosaurus was a herbivore. It ate ferns, cycads, and gingkoes. During the time that the brachiosaurus was on the earth, there was not a huge variety of plants to choose from.
A long time ago
Humans were selfish and curl at the time of the dodo and decided to eat/slaughter them until the dodos population was 0  The dodo was famous for it's inapropriet death The dodo lives in our hearts. 
The last confirmed sighting of a dodo was in the late 1600s, and it is believed that the last individual likely died around the same time due to habitat destruction and hunting by humans.
Sorry but there are thousands of dinosaurs, to name them all would be extremely difficult and would take a lot of time. Sorry. However I can list some of the most popular ones: Tyrannosaurus Rex, Diplodocus, Apatosaurus (formerly Brontosaurus), Stegosaurus, Triceratops, Brachiosaurus, Velociraptor, Iguanadon, Ankylosaurus, Pachycephalosaurus, Parasaurolophus.
Stegosaurus lived 80 million years before Triceratops evolved. They were both herbivores, so they wouldn't have been natural enemies even if they had lived at the same time. If they had lived at the same time though, they probably wouldn't have been "friends" either, because most species only form relationships of any kind with animals of their own species.
The dodo bird, like all animals, spent its life time searching for food and reproducing.
