No, it did not. Ford did provide a small black pouch which held the basic tools that Ford provided with each vehicle. This material was made from left-over scrap for the tip material of the cars. There was ofcourse a large after-market that catered to the millions of Fords, both A and T. Starting with the Model T and probably continuing on with the Model A, metal tool boxes were sold that fit the running board - roughly 16" long, 8 or 9" deep and 5, 6, or 7" high. These were pretty much universal boxes that would fit just about any marque. In the 1950's, '60's & '70's, I used an old fishing tackle box - worked fine !
