WELL RECONSTRUCTION WAS BOTH GOOD AND BAD FOR THE COUNTRY. WHAT WAS GOOD ABOUT RECONSTRUCTION WAS THE FREEDMANS BUERAU. WHAT WAS BAD WAS THE BLACK CODES, JIM CROW LAWS, SHARECROPPING, AND ALL THAT STUFF
it did not make good on the promise of true freedom for freed African Americans.
Reconstruction is a very big subject you need to narrow the topic down a bit eg the reconstruction of Berlin or the reconstruction of a damaged shoulder
Two types of national issues and attitudes led to the end of Reconstruction in 1877: political and racial. By 1877, the nation and especially the North had issues unrelated to Reconstruction on its mind. The scandals of the Grant administration, including the "Whiskey Ring" caused good government to be a major issue for many. The Panic of 1873 was still causing economic disruption in 1877, and this economic crash took the focus off Reconstruction. Racial issues and attitudes also helped bring an end to Reconstruction. Many Northern whites were not committed to black equality or rights. By 1877 they were simply tired of taking self-government from Southern whites for the benefit of African Americans.
Martin Luther King, Junior, believed in liberal arts education for African Americans. Before this, it was difficult or impossible for black students to get into good liberal arts colleges.

Good things during Reconstruction included the ratification of the 14th and 15th Amendments, which granted citizenship and voting rights to African Americans. Bad things included the rise of discriminatory Jim Crow laws, violence against African Americans, and economic hardship in the South.
Reconstruction is more good.
Successes and failures of the Civil war and Reconstruction in extending civil rights to African Americans included the right to vote being given to African Americans, but failures included Jim Crow laws that attempted to remove such rights.

There isn't anything good about war. If there were one, it be so people know how hellish it is and to never want it again

Black Ops in my opinion is good on every system playing wise. Graphic wise the Wii of course lacks in the true gamer experience. So honestly I have to say Black Ops is only 43.7% good on the Wii.
The Black Codes limited the freedoms of African-Americans, and that wasn't fair. The Black Codes pretty much segregated the African Americans from the Whites.
Rehabilitation is used more for describing the restoring of a person to good health. Reconstruction is used to describe the rebuilding of something.
