If all the Plumbing in the UK bust then there would probably be a higher rat population, and then the whole plague would probably happen again. However, this is obviously almost impossible. The original black death happened because all the waste just went on to the street, so rats could populate.

There is no certain answer if the black death will come back again, as there is always a chance. But, the doctors are so advanced wih all the tadvanced echnologies these days, doctors will be able to find a fast treatable cure.

I heard that it recently happened to a couple in New York (Not so sure if its a rumor). But you don't need to worry about it since our doctors have good medicine compared to the Middle Ages.

Not on the massive scale it once was, but every so often a small animal is found that does have the plague. When that happens the area ( usually a remote area) is sectioned off to people.
