Yes.
All of the River Valley Civilizations (Ancient Egypt, Sumeria, the Indus River Valley Civilization, and Ancient China) were ABSOLUTE MONARCHIES. They were all ruled by kings (or kings by other names like "pharaohs" or "emperors") who exercised total and complete authority over their subjects. In Ancient Egypt and Ancient China, the monarch was also seen as a god.
That is a difficult question to answer. Ancient Rome and ancient China were two of the greatest civilizations in all of history. They were similar in many ways.

One of the things they built that we all know about is the Great Wall of China. It was begun in 770 BC to 1911 AD. There are other things too. The Forbidden City that housed the rulers of China, tombs of emperors, the hanging coffins, and many other things and places. China is one of the most ancient civilizations.

Well, there are tons of differences. One is that China had emperors, while Egypt had Pharaoh's. Also, China used characters in there writing, while Egypt used hieroglyphics's. Additionally, China's clothing was usually silk, while Egypt's clothing was usually linen. Religion was different too. China followed philosophy, while Egyptians were polytheistic (believed in many gods) Yes, these are only some differences but there are too many to name all of them.

Your question is impossible to answer as it calls for an opinion. Ancient Rome had 178 emperors and many of them were good men. However the first name that comes to mind when considering the "best" of the emperors is Augustus as he was not only the first, but he established the principate and set the standards for all the emperors that followed.

The Great Wall of China isn't totally around China. In fact, it isn't around China at all! It's located within China and was built longer and longer by workers over time to defend their emperors from war and enemies long ago.
