Athena is the Greek goddess of wisdom and war, and she is the daughter of Zeus. That means she's practically related to almost all the other gods because most of the gods are children of Zeus or his brother or sister.

Athena had on O.K realonship with most of the gods. But her and her uncle, Posiden, was not a good one, they both wanted control over a city. Athena gave them an olive tree so they would always be able to make oils and be fead, and Posiden gave them a salt water foutain, the city saw no use in this since they knew they couldent drink the water, so they choose the Athena and the city was re-named Atenes.

If by relationship you mean family, yes, Athena was related by her father Zeus to all the Olympians. If you mean lover, no, as Athena was a virgin goddess.
