We are Homo sapiens, and yes, we have a written language.
Writing definitely existed 5000 or 4600 years ago in Mesopotamia (yes, they were Homo sapiens), but could have existed in China 8000 years ago - but as yet that's unproven.

Yes, Homo sapiens sapiens (modern humans) are believed to have had language, as evidenced by the development of anatomical features in the brain and throat that support complex vocal communication. While the specific nature of their language is unknown, it is widely accepted that they communicated using a form of language similar to what we use today.
I believe that you're talking about the early humans... because we're Homo sapiens. I don't think they did, but they may have had some sort of body language or starting to make formations of the mouth then. I don't think actual language was created until after fire was discovered because of the mouth and brain formations along with when it all occured which wasn't long after the early humans came to be... In a scientific view. However in a religious view, the first humans (Adam and Eve) did have a language because they could speak to God in a verbal form.
Yes. Homo sapiens is the name for modern humans.
Yes, homo sapien sapiens is the same as homo sapiens. The term "homo sapien sapiens" specifically refers to modern humans, while "homo sapiens" is the binomial nomenclature for the human species.

"Homo sapiens sapiens" is the scientific name for modern humans. The term distinguishes us from other extinct species of the Homo genus and highlights our cognitive abilities and self-awareness.
They didn't. We are Homo sapiens sapiens.
The evolutionary order goes Homo habilis, Homo erectus, Neanderthals, and Homo sapiens. Homo habilis appeared around 2.8 million years ago, followed by Homo erectus around 2 million years ago, Neanderthals around 400,000 years ago, and finally Homo sapiens around 300,000 years ago.
Australian aborigines, like all modern human populations, belong to the Homo sapiens sapiens species. Neanderthals were a separate species of hominins that went extinct around 40,000 years ago.

Homo Sapien. More recently, many scientists have classified modern humans as Homo Sapiens Sapiens.
Australopithecus to homo habilis to homo erectus to Neanderthal to homo sapiens to us or better known as homo sapien sapiens
Homo sapiens sapiens practiced a variety of spiritual beliefs and religious ceremonies. They likely engaged in rituals involving burial rites, creation stories, and art depicting spiritual beliefs. Evidence of early religious practices can be seen in cave paintings, burial sites, and artifacts found at archaeological sites.
Sapien, derived from the latin language, translates into the word wise. Put with Homo as Homo sapien, it would be loosely transfered as "Wise Man"
