Type your answer here... I have a cutie by the name of Pablo and he steals everything he can from his brother Picasso. I have not detected a guilty gesture or look from Pablo, so I think not. Picasso, might I add, does not seem to mind in the slightest as he just wanders to Pablo's stash and helps himself anyway. Very Cute!!!
They had developed a conscience when they were injected, and they felt guilty about stealing. (You spell her name Mrs. Frisbi not Mrs. Frisby) (SUBMITED BY MIKAYLA ANDERSON)
The rats are stockpiling food and other stuff so they can live in Thorn Valley without stealing. These are smart rats. They want to grow their own food and possibly make their own electricity.
At the end most of the rats escape to thorn valley to live with out stealing.
Nicodemus wanted to live a life without stealing from the humans and plant their own food but Jenner wanted to live the easy way by stealing from humans and living off of electricity.
Definitely Nicodemous because Jenner had no problem with stealing food and electricity for survival but Nicodemous wanted to be self-sufficient and that is exactly what the goal of "The Plan" was... when all the rats relocated to their new home in Thorn Valley (to plant their own crops and not rely on stealing anything from anyone to survive).
The plan is to live with out stealing i think?
Food helps the rats survive.

Rat food is for rats
You would go to the Pet store, possibly PetSmart and they have food for Rats.
Often because they liked the trench conditions because they were ideal for rats. Empty food cans were piled in their thousands throughout No Man's Land, heaved over the top on a daily basis. Aside from feeding from rotting food littered in such cans, rats would invade dug-outs in search of food and shelter. Most soldiers who served on the Western Front would later recall how rats grew in boldness, stealing food that had been lain down for just a few moments. Rats would also crawl across the face of sleeping men.
