It's at the bottom of the sea and is made of iron, so it's a good guess that it rusted long ago.
very rust!
well it sunk to the bottom to the ocean and rust and rotted as backtiria ate some of the titanic and also fell part.
Yes titanic will be gone in about 5 years D: I ANSWERED MY OWN QUESTION
No it is currently being eaten away by a harmful rust bacteria
The rate at which the Titanic rusted depended on various factors such as water temperature, salinity levels, and oxygen exposure. However, estimates suggest that the ship could be completely consumed by rust within 300 years due to the corrosion caused by the sea water.
it was very big and heavy so it wasnt very fast
The plates of Titanic were breached along a line about 258 feet long. Water poured in at an unstoppable rate and after about ten minutes, the ship pitched forward and the sinking was inevitable.
a pile of rust most propably covered in fish and moldey rust!
ther titanic was deep navy blue, but sice its been ubder water for 97 years, now its white and soft deep blue.
Oh yes. It's too far down to be worth trying to salvage. And it'll be a good while yet before rust will have eaten her up completely.
Plastic pipe does not rust, brass does not rust, copper does not rust. Stainless steel does not rust, lead pipe does not rust.
Something that is rust resistant will not rust easily; minor exposure to water will not cause it to rust. Something that is rust proof will not rust.
