No. Special proof Bicentennial Ikes were struck in 40% clad silver. The rest including circulation issues were made with standard copper-nickel clad alloy. The only "dollars" to be struck in 999 fine silver are the American Eagle pieces introduced in 1986, and they're not really dollars. They carry an artificial denomination for legal reasons, but in fact are only intended for investors and collectors.

Also no circulation coins have ever been made of solid silver because it's too soft. It was always alloyed with 10% (or so) copper for hardness.

Is a 1972 hole Dollar that appears to be solid silver worth anything It looks like a 1964 silver coin not like copper centered ones after 1965?

Do you mean a "whole" dollar or a dollar with a hole in it? If you mean a $1 coin there are 2 possibilities: > If it has an S mint mark below the picture of President Eisenhower, it may be a 40% silver coin minted for collectors. In that case it's worth about $5. > If it doesn't have an S mint mark (none, or a D instead) it's a normal copper-nickel dollar that's been plated. In that case it's only worth $1. FWIW, no U.S circulation coins were ever made of solid silver because it would have been too soft to stand up to being in change. All silver coins dated 1964 and earlier were made of an alloy of silver and copper.

Your coin is almost certainly plated. No silver halves were made in 1972. From 1971 to 1974 the U.S. Mint issued some 40% silver Eisenhower dollars and they issued a 40% silver half dollar in 1976 for the Bicentennial, but not all 1976 half dollars have silver. From 1965 to 1970 half dollars had 40% silver. Some silver proof sets had silver half dollars beginning in 1992.

Is there a 1973s Ike Dollar that is solid silver?

Solid silver? No. The silver clad Eisenhower dollars are all 40% silver. But for 1973 not all S mintmarked coins are 40% silver. The San Francisco Mint did strike copper-nickel proof coins that were included in the proof sets for 1973. The 40% silver coins were struck as proof & uncirculated but were sold separately, so 3 different S mintmarked coins were struck in 1973.
