As of now (9/13/2011) they haven't.
If you haven't saved Mario yet from the Goomba boss painting then you will need to do that first. The cap will begin appearing once this is done.
not old enough
Which means one more victory.
I have only a curious question. The caps that I have seen in the past, have always had the numbers marked on them. I haven't taken one off from mine yet but I'm hoping the numbers will be on the cap. Have you taken the cap off or have you taken the wires off and need to put them back on? The firing order is 1-3-4-2 whether it's a 1.3 or a 1.6 enging. I don't know if your cap is a clip on type or a screw on type, but if you can't see the cap, you may need to remove the cap and put the wires on and then put the cap back on. I wish I could be of more help. Good luck.
The maximum level is not yet decided but you can go more than level 60.
You can only get to level 70 so you can't get to level 100 yet.
no
You need to have the computer codes read at the dealer or a parts store ( lots of them will do it for free ) the issue that your truck is having may have nothing to do with the gas cap. If you did have the codes read and a gas cap was the answer then disconnect the battery or better yet remove the ecc fuse for about a minute to reset the computer and see if the problem returns.
One possible answer is if the radiator cap is bad. Now you have to remember that there are two seals on every rad cap. The outer one, for sealing the cap to the radiator (or pressurised overflow), and a second seal on the pressure relief valve. If either of those seals is bad, hot coolant will be able to undetectably escape the system, thus causing no signs of a leak, yet lowering the coolant level in time. Try replacing the radiator cap.
I'm pretty sure you need to buy the whole hub unless you have specialist equipment to press the bearing out. I haven't done it yet but the nice gentleman at the local dealer said its a simple case of: 1) Remove the wheel. 2) Remove nut cap in centre (rounded cap, removed by lightly tapping with chisel/screwdriver and hammer) 3) Unscrew nut with a 32ml deep socket or wrench 4) Remove hub 5) Replace with new hub 6) Screw new nut that came with your new kit 7) Replace cap 8) Replace wheel 9) Drive
