No, because before Darth Vader became Darth Vader (when he was still known as Anakin Skywalker) he was profaside to be the Chosen One, the one to bring balance to the force. He was also considerd to be the most powerful Force user in the galaxy.
yes. in a roundabout way. when anakin went over to the dark side, e'one thot jedi had made a mistake--he CAN'T possibly be the chosen one!!!!!! but then u realize that Vader killed palpatine, that he became a jedi again, and so he really did "bring balance to the force."
so he can be his apprentice vader was anakin, the most powerful jedi evah, and the chosen one. if he died, sidious could've spent decades looking for another apprentice, who would've been less powerful
Darth Vader (Anikan Skywalker) was mysteriously concieved by midichlorians, the microscopic lifeforms that create the force in the Star Wars Universe. His mother Shmi Skywalker became his only parent. Note: Some theorists believe that Anikan was in-fact created by Darth Sidious (Emporer Palpatine/Senator Palpatine). This is due to the fact that Darth Sidious' mentor, Darth Plageous taught him through the force the ability to create life. Theorists believe that Darth Sidious put the seed of midichlorians in Shmi (she was randomly chosen) to create the "Chosen One," hoping that he could turn this "Chosen One" to the dark side. A fate we all know could never happen.
Darth Vader (Anakin Skywalker) is important to Star Wars because he is the Chosen One. He is the most powerful jedi to have ever lived and was concived purely of the force, He alone has the power to return balance to the force.
Is he the chosen one to save us? I don't know. How can anyone really know if anyone's the chosen one? If he says he is then maybe he wants people to believe he is, and that's wrong. The real question here is, do you believe he is?
i believe no one right before Vader striked him he let himself be one with the force and dedicated the force of his life to make luke stronger
Yes one believe that one does not believe
No one. Vader would have to battle himself since Anakin turned into Darth Vader in Episode 3.
One is better.
Yes, Darth Vader will be in Rogue One. It will not be a large part, but it is said that it will be at a pivotal moment. James Earl Jones will be back as the voice of Vader.
In the movies, we are led to believe that Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader's original persona), was the product of a virgin birth and seemed to have no biological father. This seems to be the main reason that Obi Wan felt he was the chosen one. However, it is implied that The Emperor's (a/k/a Darth Sidious', Senator Palpatine's) predecessor - Darth Plagueis - used his powers of the Dark side of the force to manipulate the Midichlorians to to conceive Anakin. That is how Anakin came to be.
