The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) has always accepted gay and homosexual members, and has always believed that they have equal opportunity to enter the Celestial kingom as straight individuals. Gay and homosexual Mormons can be as flamboyant as they wish- the sin is not in flamboyance or even in attraction to the same gender, but in performing same-gender sexual acts which have been forbidden by the Bible. Mormons believe that gay and homosexual individuals commit sin only when they have a sexual relationship with an individual of the same gender. (Similarly, alchoholics only sin when they give in to their desires to have a drink, drug addicts only sin when they give in to their desires for a high, etc.)
I wouldn't call them morons exactly, and this question really has no point.
over 13 million -------- The Church only counts membership annually in January, so we can't know exactly how many baptized Mormons there are in August, but in January 2010 there were 13,824,854 members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the 'Mormons') worldwide.

Presbyterians, Catholics, Mormons, and Jehovah's Witnesses are all Christian denominations. They all believe in Jesus Christ and in the Bible, although their definitions of exactly who Jesus was are different, and the Bible versions that they use are different.
Mormons believe Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior, but their belief about how one gets to Heaven is different from mainstream Christianity, as well as their belief about what exactly Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection accomplished for us.
