Yes you are still liable. It is not absolutely required that you sign the ticket. All that means is that you agree to appear for court. In many states they never get you to sing while in others they will take you to jail if you do not. Since you were booked the issue is moot anyway.
Fight it in traffic court, or you will probably loose your privilege to drive in CT. They also might put a warrant out for you, depending on how many unpaid tickets you have.
You can but it would not be wise. The Custody Interrogatories Form in the state of N.J gives the judge a idea of how you plan on rasing the child if you were awarded custody.
Child custody
Yes he can. The court will award full custody to the mother or to a legal guardian if necessary. However, the father will be required to pay child support.
Of course not. Mom and Dad (assuming they have custody) get to decide where you live.
Yes. If you qualify for one.
They can only follow it, they possess no power to enforce.A Different PerspectiveA school can refuse to release a child to the non-custodial parent. It can refuse to discuss the child with that parent and can refuse entry onto school grounds.
No. You are in custody. If you are injured or sick and refuse medical treatment you will transported to a medical facility anyway. The assumption is that you are not in control of your faculties and are incapable of making rational decisions. The police will have you examined and/or treated as part of their "due dilligence and care" of you while in their custody.
It isn’t up to a governor concerning extradition. It is up to the courts.
after an insurance company is involed after a road traffic accident can i refuse thier offer and do the repairs myself
The company is liable as per the contract. They must fufil the contract they established with you the contractee in full, regardless of mistakes they made. If they try to refuse, they are in breach of contract, and are liable to law suit.
Most insurance companies will refuse to renew if you have had significant losses or traffic violations.
