MS-DOS 2.0 runs in 64k of RAM. Windows Vista requires 192 MB to even begin to boot (and that's way under spec).
Java is cross-platform while .NET is for Windows platforms only.

Yes it will. You may have to move the cross-member and alter length of drive shaft. if memory serves, there is like a 6" diff. between that and a TH350.
