OC24: An OC24 (Optical Carrier level 24) Internet connection is a fiber optic connection capable of transferring data at a mind-boggling rate of 1.244 Gbps. This is pretty much the fastest Internet connection that you can get and generally serves as the backbone of various NAPS (Network Access Points).
