Systems analyst is more technical in nature. They both effectively gather requirements however the Business Analyst will do this with the objective of meeting the business requirements. The Systems Analyst will be more technical and more focussed on analysing how systems will work and how they will work together.

Often, the 2 roles are merged to make 1 job - Business Systems Analyst.
