HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE. first of all Dos does NOT have a desktop environment. its all a terminal. it requires commands to do everything. windows 98 has a desktop environment its wayyyyyyyyyyyy easier to use. runs more things. and is generally better. in every way.
