what is the differences between a file and a folder
Imagine the workbook to be a physical file/folder and the worksheet is a single page within this file/folder.
In most file systems nothing, except its location in the hierarchy of folders.
One starts with a "F" and the other starts with a "D"
The "Path" is the route map that leads to the folder that contains the "Filename"
cutting and passing
The sub folder is a folder inside the file folder. For example... The "Sample Pictures" folder is a sub folder to the "My Pictures" folder. It's pretty straight forward and simple...so hope that helps?
A folder is a container that holds files. A zipped folder is a folder or a group of files that have been compressed by a special program such as WinZip. WinZip is a paid compression program. 7zip is a free file compression program.
On a Mac right click on the file/folder and select Compress file/folder name from the menu that appears. This will create a zip file called file/folder name.zip
You cannot convert a file into a folder!
One way that will work is to use Unix commands to create a text file containing that list and print the text file. There are probably other ways too.
How do you add a program to a file folder?
A over loaded folder/file.
