Don't do it! There are possibly other circuits connected to the junction terminal where the chime is powered from. You could lose dash and/or tail lights.

Unplug white connector under driver's seat. (The yellow connectors are for Airbag system). If you have heated seats the connector might be a compound connector and you just want to be sure you only unplug the one coming from the seatbelt area. Alternately, the seatbelt can be quickly plugged and unplugged at least 20 times in 30 seconds to disable the seatbelt chime. I believe this is done with key in on position. If the battery is disconnected, then the procedure will have to be done again.
I was told that in the Expedition 2004 you can push the belt release button when the chime is going off and that stops it until the door is opened the engine is turned off. Good Luck
The only thing I could find in the 2004 owner's manual is a 10 amp fuse in location # 6 for key in - chime in the fuse panel under the dash on the driver's side.
