You get the blood supply of the brain affected by three mechanisms. One is bleeding, second in blockage of the blood vessel, due to thrombosis. Third is by way of blockage of blood vessel due to embolism. The patient usually get hemiplegia or weakness or paralysis of the half part of the body.
