Disposal is clogged and water has come up on both sides and I've used a plunger then Draino nothing is working.?

Being careful not to get the Drano on you, put the stopper in the disposal side and hold pressure down on it while the other side is plunged. It is probably something from the disposal that didn't get cleared out. If that doesn't work, you may have to take the drain loose under the sink and run a snake through it. Depending on how the drain is configured, the problem may be in the trap, the U shaped piece under the sink. Most traps will unscrew with a nut at each end of the U.

If it is a double sink, does the other side drain? Are you trying to fix the disposal because it does not come on or because it comes on but does not drain. If it comes on but does not drain and the other side does, it is probably just clogged with food. They make drain cleaners for disposals. If neither side drains, put the stopper in the disposal side, hold down on it and plunge the other side.
