Nuclei of atoms of different elements have different sizes that must be accommodated within covalent bonds, and bonds that involve more than two electrons from each bonded atom usually have a stronger attraction and resulting shorter bonds than bonds that involve only one electron from each bonded atom.

120 pm, 133 pm 150 pm are representative lengths.

Bond lengths vary, one idea that is useful is the "covalent radius" , which allows you to add the two covalent radii for the two elemnts involved and estimate the single bond length.
