Is the Olympus Stylus 1040 a good camera?
I would not get it. It does not seem to be such a good camera (or there's not enough information about it to say) and its price seems a bit high. Something in the Canon Powershot line (such as the PowerShot A590IS), even if it has a couple less megapixels, would be a much better alternative, both in quality and in price. If you really want something that's more similar to the 1040, the Canon PowerShot SD770IS 10MP has good reviews and is also pretty thin, and it's STILL less expensive than the Olympus.
