For the most part, you have to be 18 years old. A select few places will let 16 year olds jump with parental consent.

If you live in New Zealand or are a visitor, the answer is yes. You need the written permission on a parent or guardian and must be able to fit into the harness. This is a unique situation and as far as I know, the age limit for a TANDEM skydive is higher at least 16 and often 18 yrs of age. You would not be able to do a solo skydive at 11, even in NZ. It is a common sense issue, few 11 year olds would have the ability to act appropriately in an emmergency and would most likely panic. It would also be difficult to modify a skydive rig to fit the small body of an average 11 year old, though there are probably a few MacDonalds fans out there for whom this would not be a problem.
No, penguins cannot skydive.
The DSS policy on 5 year olds and 2 year olds involves regulation of day care centers.

It's a component of the alternator.
You can skydive as an individual, but it is more interesting to skydive in groups. The most popular discipline is formation skydiving and the most popular competition style of that is 4-way (or 4 man) formations. I skydive at a place called Skydive Hibaldstow and there we host the National Championships in Formation Skydiving every year. It's a team event and really exciting to take part in.
Skydive? What the hell are you talking about?
