If your 3.5 engine is the same as that in a 2001 Olds Aurora, go to www.autorepair.about.com and search on "2001 aurora 3.5 crank sensor". One of the hits will be a diagram of where the crank sensor is located (above the starter motor). Note that for this engine, a "relearn" mjust be done after replacing the sensor.
