I just started taking a all natural supplement of artichoke+fennel because the pills were cheaper than the oral solution of artichoke extract that I was taking to lose weight. I dont think the pills work as good as the shots did. I lost 14 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks and that was mostly through drinking more water and eating less. i recomend alcachofa by alcachofiVida. Works great, no jittery side effects- nothing like that. just a noticable difference in your appetite that makes you eat less. I was losing 1-2 pounds a day without dieting and minimal excercise
