Pistachios are not chametz or kitniyot so they are allowed for all groups. They do require a Passover hechsher though because they are processed.
Yes, Almonds are Kosher. Raw nuts do not require Kosher certification. Nuts that are oil roasted, dry roasted or seasoned, both in or out of the shell, require Kosher certification. An exception would be peanuts roasted in their shells. They are acceptable without Kosher certification. Peanuts aren't really nuts, they're legumes.
Yes, only if they are specifically certified kosher for passover. You can find kosher for Passover olives at any Jewish supermarket

Only if it comes from a kosher animal. _________ Even if the liver comes from a kosher slaughtered animal, it still has to be kashered once you get it home. To do this, you have to grill it under high temp to sear off excess blood. Roasting the liver or cooking it anyway before doing the grilling step will render it treif.
Sunkist Pistachios come from Paramount Farms. The recalled product is apparently from Setton Farms. Stay tuned . . . Paramount Farms is NOT INCLUDED in the pistachio recall. The recall is for roasted shelled and inshell pistachios from Setton Farms who apparently supplies Kraft. Paramount Farm pistachios are free and clear (as of right now). I hope that helped! I bought a bag from Sam's last weekend and have found several dead worms in them, they SHOULD be recalled as well. They are apparently are not healthy for worms.
