Sick bunnys/rabbbits don't act sick, there are a few signs that will indicate to you to take you to the vet immediatly. Normally, rabbits/bunnys' eyes get very runny, so do their noses if they are ill, they are less energetic and don't respond or want to play as much. Also- this i the horrid bit- rabbits and guinea pigs poo alot, normally small hard pellets, but bunnys/rabbits who are ill normally have dioreah.
