No they will not be allowed into heaven , if they commit suicide,
Answer:
As there is no agreed on concept of suicide - is a person that dies to protect others a suicide, is refusal to prolong life suicide, is driving in an unsafe manner suicide - it is difficult to determine what or who would be included in this category.
While the Christian Bible is very silent on forbidding suicide several passages present it as a good and noble thing:
It is not ritual. They commit suicide because they do not want to face the shame of defeat. But, they still commit suicide but only for shameful reasons
No. The shooter would be charged with assault with a deadly weapon or manslaughter or homicide or whatever charges were applicable. Whether or not the person was planning to take their own life is irrelevant. The shooter will be charged but they will pay attention and say something like "killed in suicide attemped."
She committed suicide in April 1945
Romans. Suicide was an acceptable, even honorable way to die. A Roman who failed in his duty might commit suicide to atone for the failure. Also, it was not uncommon for a disgraced political figure to kill himself before any official charges could be leveled against him. If he died at his own hands, his property would go to his heirs. If not, the government could confiscate all of his holdings. He'd still end up dead, but then his family would be paupers. Certain Emperors were notorius for trying to raise money for their treasury by arresting and convicting rich citizens. Also, by committing suicide one could avoid charges of cowardice, especially for military leaders who had been defeated.
The Holocaust was a genocide, not a suicide. Some people may have done that but I believe most people still wanted to live.

If you commit suicide it can't be a crime. If you attempt it in the United States it is still not a crime. India and Singapore are the only countries that I know punish for attempted suicide by 1 to 5 years in prison. It could technically be counted as a crime; however, there is no punishment conceivable for someone who has committed suicide, as they are already dead and therefore cannot feel or care about anything (unless they are watching somehow from heaven).
No, Sean Paul did not commit suicide. Sean Paul is still alive.
No, Mr. Simpson is still alive.
No, Richard Karn is still alive and well
Yes, definitely
Who cares where heaven abides? The point is to make it there. "The Kingdom of Heaven is within you."-if I may quote the Rabbi Messiah. I imagine though you are asking if the mormon church really is what it (presumably) say it is; and that it holds heaven within its doors (so to speak) should we commit suicide. This question seems a bit rhetorical; but I will still 'give it a go'. Suicide is sin-Out of the question. We would do well to pray and ask IF heaven is sitting in the mormon church or not and wait for the reply- before we jump the gun. If the reply is yes...take your lumps. If it is No, we have no worries (in that regard anyway). If we have no answer, continue to pray through: this is a major event that we don't want to miss for anything! If we are atheistic, none of it matters anyway.
the war was still going on when he shot himself
