First of all, your question is very poorly written, but I think I can make it out.
Of all the express powers, here are five I can think of off the top of my head:
The power to collect taxes and coin money.
The power to have a military and declare war.
The power to regulate interstate and international trade, along with trade with Indian reservations.
The power to regulate Immigration, and
The power to regulate intellectual property.
However, you should also take note that the Necessary and Proper Clause gives Congress the power to do anything the Constitution does not specifically forbid. It wasn't always interpreted this broadly, but the Supreme Court (the one responsible for making that decision) has recently started to see it this way.
Article I of the U.S. Constitution gives Congress several explicit powers. Congress can make laws, declare war, and appropriate funds.

The powers of Congress that are written into the U.S. Constitution are called enumerated powers. The powers are set in the amendment of forth in Article I.
These powers are referred to as implied powers, powers that are not explicitly granted to Congress in the U.S. Constitution. The opposite would be expressed powers.
