There is a new immigration rule that states that TAIWANESE People DO NOT need a Visa to enter in MEXICO anymore. This just happened early this year (2012). Thus Why MEXICANS are required to get a Visa to enter into TAIWAN ? Shouldn't be reciprocal since this is a result of DIPLOMATIC agreement?
