They don't have to have one but it's better for them and they will live longer if you do.
While it isn't required that goldfish have an air pump in their tank. It can help your tank life by providing valuable oxygen to the fish. This isn't specific to just goldfish, as all aquatic life can benefit from the presence of a air pump. If you notice your fish swimming with their lips on top of the water level most likely they are trying to get air. This is especially true for tanks that have canister or over flow filters where the water is pumped and filtered without making contact with air.
Actually, I think that temperature is about right for your goldfish. But if you seriously need to, you need to change the temperature of the air around the tank. I suggest keeping it in a cooler room?
You need a lot of things, unless you are raising goldfish in a bowl. You need: (for a tank) A filter A tank (not recommended under 5 gal.) Goldfish food Gravel Live or fake plants (underwater plants) Air pump (not required) Choice of decorations These can be very expensive sometimes, but it will keep your goldfish living longer and happier than in a bowl
Filters keep the water clean for the fish, kind of like we need clean air to breath properly. Also, filters keep the tank clean by (yep you guessed it) filtering the water. I hope this helped^^
Small or Big it should be kept in a huge tank with Filter and Oxygen 10 gallons per Goldfish At least
yes.
the air filter is located under the gas tank, remove the tank, and change the air filter. SOME air filters are reusable however.
well, goldfish don't need a heater, so if they can live with a goldfish, then yes, they shouldn't need a heater. I'm gonna try to put a couple mollies (maybe like 2, or 3) in with a goldfish. they "would" be in a, um, I think it's a 1 gallon tank, that has an air bubble filter, thing, that goes in at the bottom of the tank, and it also has a hood, with a light.... You should try it, cause you never know what nature will bring you! Have fun! :):):)
A goldfish does not need an airpump, it needs 3 stage filtration and good water movement from something such as a box filter and/or power heads. A goldfish, however, is not suited for a 5 gallon tank. 10 gallons per goldfish is the recommended minimum, as they grow very large and require more oxygen than almost any other fish. I would recommend something smaller such as rosy minnows, guppies, or if you get a heater, small tropical fish like tetras. ALL fish however, need filtration, not just an air pump.
The filters in an air purifier ususally need to be changed around every 3 - 6 months but it also depends greatly on what kind of air purifier you have .
Air compressor filters are on the intake side of the compressor motor to filter the air as it is brought in. Dryers are collection points that are drained daily as the compressor is hot when operating and moisture develops in the tank. Should drain the tank daily after use and the dryer should be installed in line before the gun.
air. Your tank or bowl is low on oxygen. Or if you fed them, flakes.
