That depends. If you believe that knowledge is power, and you have knowledge, than yes. If you believe having skills means having power... etc.
It's all about how you define power and what you are willing to believe... and achieve!
This depends on what kind of power you mean. Politically speaking, you have several powers such as being able to sue another person or make suggestions to your congressman. There is also power that all humans have such as movement and decision. Power seems to be anything that can benefit somebody, but can also have consequences if misused. You definitely have power.
Power is the equivalent to control. The average person has little power because they lack control of their environment. Powerful beings are the ones who can control their environment best. Presidents, Dictactors, Priests or anyone who has the ability to control others actions/authority figures are considered to have power because they can control their social environment. But power does not always rest in the ability to manipulate others but power can also mean the amount of strength/energy that is possessed by the controller/host.
Position power, task power, personal power, relationship power, and knowledge power. This are the points of power.

Hard power involves using military force or economic pressure to influence others, while soft power relies on persuasion, diplomacy, and cultural influence. Hard power focuses on coercion and tangible threats, while soft power emphasizes attraction and the ability to shape preferences through non-coercive means.
The ratio of active power (real power) and apparent power is called power factor ( pf ). Power Factor ( pf ) = Active Power / Apparent Power = .................. ( kvar )
