Do I have swine flu the first day I got symptoms my arm and leg were aching then I got a cough and sore throat and now the day after I feel like I'm going to pass out and feel sick Im 13 and English?

You could have the flu because those are symptoms that often occur with flu, but there is no way to know if it is the Swine Flu or not without seeing a doctor. But those symptoms can also be caused by other things, too.
If you feel like you are going to pass out, you really should tell a parent or guardian right away so you can find out what is wrong and get it treated. It is not a good idea to wait to have that done. Tell your parents.
