Yes. In order to graduate from TIP, you need to complete all the tasks you are assigned. How long each task takes depends on how much time you dedicate to it.
There are currently 7 missions in TIP that need to be completed in order to graduate. They cover answering questions, recategorising, dealing with flags, sorting alternates, editing questions, editing answers and a final survey.
Yes you can join The Initiates Program if you are a Premier Answerer.However, if you graduate from the program and accept an invitation to become a supervisor then you will lose your Premier Answerer status.Contributors can only be a Premier Answerer or a supervisor and not both.

No. They are two completely different programs run by different people. The Initiates Program is run by WikiAnswers and a team of TIP Supervisors. While the Special Project Assistants is run by a volunteer Senior Supervisor. Missions given by TIP cannot be completed for SPA. Likewise, missions given by SPA cannot be completed for TIP.
WIT missions are tasks you have to complete for your WIT Division.They will be assigned to you by Neila222, the WIT Program Coordinator.
It is possible to be removed from The Initiates Program. If you are constantly violating the guidelines, you would not be a good Supervisor, since Supervisors need to lead an example of how people should contribute. Therefore your membership to the program could be terminated. You can also be removed from the program if you are blocked for any reason, regularly "cheat" during missions or violate a serious guideline (cyberbullying, illegal acts, etc).
