I would suggest for you to go running or biking before you travel, but it isn't anything too serious and you don't desperately need to do this. You'll be fine without it.

You need to take a course to certify as a personal trainer and it will give you a certificate. You need to pass this training and gain some experience before officially becoming a Fitness trainer.
I have my Cert 3 in fitness and I am wanting to teach a stretch group fitness class, just wondering if i am required to undertake any additional training before I can teach this class. The stretches used would be stretches you learn in your Cert 3 not any yoga/pilates moves as I know you need specific training to be covered by your insurance to tech these.
I guess they can but it could be difficult to run and jump with poor cardiovascular fitness, and the extra weight. I would suggest getting in better shape first or setting high limitations before going to far.
