There are 2 types of schools

1.Government Schools

2.Private Schools

Students going to government schools donot pay at all, they only have to pay for buying pencils and notebooks, and pay very less for higher education

But Students Going to private schools have to pay, more they pay better schools they get and study becomes that much tough but knowlege gained in both are same because it only depends upon the attitude of parents

No, native Americans as a whole can't go to college for free, ofcourse there are specific scholarships for native Americans specifically, but many native Americans don't enjoy this benefit. Many scholarships for native Americans are for specific places. Like I could get a full scholarship to go to any non private school in Maine, but this doesn't go beyond Maine. Try to find out what tribe you're from if any and ask if they have native American benefits program, or the state is donating for the native Americans. But, if you're some white person who doesn't know cultural aspects, or even know your language, I wouldn't try to profit off of a group of people who you know nothing about, and you're claiming to be a part just for some type of financial help.
