When you get attached to them both, but they don't particulary like eachother, just try to keep them seperate. Whenever you get the chance, try to let them walk together, and let them make some contact. If they get aggresive, take them apart immediately, but if they play or ignore each other, reward them with a treat. Hope this helped!
