JW's are not given a strict dress code. We are encouraged to dress modestly. That includes both men and women. Each must use their own conscience to decide what is appropriate. My wife, for example, prefers her dresses to come to aproximately knee height when sitting. She feels that this gives her a good balance between comfort on hot days and modesty.--------------------------
Modestly as befitting true Christians then yes of course. But as a funny sidenote our sisters are not permitted to cover their legs with trousers whilst at the Kingdom Hall or Conventions. Skirts and dresses only.
The Islamic rules for women are they must cover everything including hair . You dont need to cover the face, hands, and I am not sure if you need to cover the feet or not acually u HAVE to cover ur feet, legs,arms up to the wrist, hair, and basically ur body and neck

Nope, there isn't really any reason to cover you legs after you run. On the other hand, it might be better to uncover your legs after you run to let the sweat drip out more easily and so that they cool faster. You only really need to cover your legs if you don't like showing your legs.
