No, Leviticus 19:28 is the scrpitural proof for this. Reasoning behind that being, these things were linked with false worship and "Jehovah is a god exacting exclusive devotion"

However, there are a large number of Jehovah's Witnesses who had tattoos before becoming one, and, unless that tattoo was both highly visible and likely to cause offence, I have never heard of anyone being asked to remove one.
