We believe that there are invisible spirit forces.

Aside from God himself, these are angelic creatures that God has created. How many there are, The Bible does not say specifically, but it does refer to "myriads of myriads" of angels. (Hebrews 12:22; Jude 14; Revelation 5:11.) A myriad is 10,000, so myriads of myriads could be millions.

The majority of these angels have remaned faithful to God, but some, of their own free will, turned against God. (Jude 6) The latter are rebellious angels, which the Bible calls demons, with the leader of them named Satan, or Beelzebub. (Matthew 12:24)

Due to their rebellion, Satan and his demons have been cast out of heaven to the vicinity of the earth, and their destruction is near. (Revelation 12:9,12)

Since Satan knows his time is short, he is viciously trying to cause as much havoc as he can apon mankind. (1 Peter 5:8) That is why the world is such a mess, and it will continue to get worse as Satan and his demons get closer to their end. (2 Timothy 3:1) In fact, it will get so bad that unless God puts it to a stop, Jesus said no human will survive. (Mattew 24:21) Then will come Armageddon, which is God's war against these wicked spirit forces and humans who have aligned themselves with them. (Revelation 16:16)

These rebellious invisible spirit creatures are now confined to the vicinity of the earth and are angry because they know that they will soon be destroyed. They are the causers of paranormal activity. They are the ones behind the ghosts and other strange occurances that people are intrigued about.

The Bibe says stay away from these things. It says: "There should not be found in you anyone who . . . employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah." (Deuteronomy 18:10-12)

Why? All these practices are an invitation to communication with or possession by unclean spirits, or demons.

The Bible also says at 1 Cor. 10:21: "You cannot be partaking of 'the table of Jehovah' and the table of demons."

Those who want Jehovah's friendship and protection must break off all participation in spiritistic activities.

So, yes, we believe that there are paranormal forces alive and active on the earth, however, since we want to please God, we obey the Bible's command to stay away from all of this.
