Jehovah's Witnesses are imperfect humans, and so subject to sin just like everyone else, so it is possible one may occasionally hear a Witness use inappropriate language. The less time one has been a Witness of Jehovah the greater the possibility of such.
When we do slip up, though, we do ask for forgiveness and holy spirit to help us exercise self control so we can act as Christians ought to act. "Putting on the new personality" is a life-long endeavor; but we must do our best to reflect Jesus personality in our lives. (Ephesians 4:20-24; Colossians 3:9, 10)
