No. The book ''Truth that Leads to Everlasting Life'' by Jehovah's Witnesses says on page 145-146,
''In many places it is the custom to set aside days to honor "saints," or famous persons, dead or alive. Is this pleasing to God? The Bible warns against giving worshipful honors to creatures, so holidays that tend in that direction are not in harmony with God's will. (Acts 10:25, 26; 14:11-15; Romans 1:25; Revelation 19:10) Further, holidays in memory of the "spirits of the dead" are actually based on the false doctrine of the immortality of the human soul. So it should not surprise us to read, in the Encyclopœdia Britannica (1946 edition, Vol. 1, page 666), that "certain popular beliefs connected with All Souls' Day are of pagan origin." Persons who love the way of the truth are careful to avoid such celebrations.''
Not really sure of the meaning of the question but I'll try 'no'.
Jehovah's Witnesses do not use the word 'saints'. It smacks too much of what we view as 'false religion'.
The Bible actually uses the term 'holy ones' instead. Yes we view certain ones as having been deemed 'holy' or 'declared righteous'.
They are declared righteous by God himself, not by any human(s).
The 'holy ones' or 'saints' in the Bible did not have to wait till many years after their death to be declared such. They were deemed 'saints' while still alive.
Jehovah's Witnesses believe that Jehovah God has declared a total of 144,000 to being 'declared righteous' as 'spiritual sons' of God. While still alive, and 'in sin', God credited them with 'righteousness' on the basis of Christ's sacrifice. Many of them have already died and received their heavenly inheritance with Christ. Only a remnant remains on earth.
To add to the above citation, yes...Jehovah's witnesses believe that the 144,000 mentioned in Revelation are the only ones that are saints, a term applied to all those going to heaven to rule as kings with Jesus when he sets up his kingdom . Since all first century Christians had that hope, all of them were addressed as saints in Paul's letters. But after the apostasy set in (as identified at 2 Thess 2: 3-7, & 1 John 2:18 among other places ), that kind of got lost so that over time all who read the Bible feel that it is talking to them...feeling they're all going to heaven.
But Jesus also quoted Psalm 37:11 & 29 in stating that "meek ones would inherit the earth"..... and live ON it forever. Those would be the billons of resurrected ones who thereafter will be governed by those 144,000.
Don't confuse going to heaven with being saved. We're not saying only 144.00 are saved. Billions have the opportunity to be saved....after they're resurrected, thereafter to live for the rest of eternity...on the earth. Perhaps eventually even beyond.. The Bible simply doesn't talk about that.
