Jehovah's Witnesses do not wear any flag, American or otherwise. In our 60 years, we've never met anyone in our house-to-house ministry who wore the flag. I think there are rules regarding how the flag is to be presented. I think it would be disrespectful to 'wear' the flag, esp without the proper undergarments; but then that's just me.

Jehovah's Witnesses have no rule to how long their sleeves are so long as they are modest.
Camouflage clothing is generally associated with armed forces which Witnesses have no part of. Therefore it would seem to me to be something unacceptable to most Witnesses.
